Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits.
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
- Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies
- Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA health and safety regulations and other governmental regulations
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
- Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
- Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- To manage movement of NUPI stock and all shipment in-coming and out-going.
- Reporting on daily basis on work progress via internal management system/tools.
- Site work and supervision is required.
- To manage all aspect of Operation of Flex Systems International Pte. Ltd, including but not limited to:Manpower hiring and allocation
Site Project Planning, Coordination, supervision, and management
Materials purchasing for projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering related courses,
- Min 10 years’ experience in Undergrounds NUPI Smartflex piping installation experience.
- Must have min level 2 competencies in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Familiar with CAD
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Oversee the company’s operations and implement strategies to streamline the workflow
- Coordinating different departments to ensure high levels of productivity
- Assessing budgets
- Motivating and inspiring employees
- Identifying problems and finding solutions
- Hands-on in projects
