The Job:
- Timely placement of Purchase orders to supply sources (inter-company / 3rd party vendors), based on the production plan from Senior Supply Planning Coordinator/Supervisor
- Creation of Stock Transfer Orders for export/staging requirements
- Follow up on Certificate of Analysis & other shipping documentation from suppliers
- Issue weekly delivery schedules for all production units
- Ensure accuracy in Purchase Order placements in terms of pricing, requested arrival dates, and destinations
- Ensure the correct quantity receipts for Raw Materials/Finished Goods arrivals and follow-up discrepancies where needed.
- Track, Follow up and Expedite the shipments as/ when required by business & operations teams
- Ensure documentation integrity of materials (Raw Materials/Finished Goods) transfer between warehousing and toll blenders.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Operations/Supply/Logistics/Business Management (or any equivalent)
- Materials management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Operational experience in an SAP environment
- Data Analytical experience
