Job Descriptions:
- Review and improve procurement processes.
- Manage procurement activities and ensure to adhere to company policy and procedure.
- Responsible for all aspects of Procurement (including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, ordering & follow up delivery schedule).
- Work with Operations and Project Teams.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options on regularly basis.
- Participate in negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
- Maintain & meet ISO requirement for purchasing department.
- Liaising with suppliers for sourcing, quotations, finalise the price list and issuing of PO.
- Invoice administration - assessment/settlement of Invoice and scrutinised and verify incoming Invoices that the details are in accordance with the purchase order and delivery order.
- Manage approved vendors and ensure that suppliers database is well maintained and up to date.
- Execute and involve in monthly and annual stock take.
- Prepare and analyse monthly procurement reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain or any Engineering field
· At least 3 years relevant procurement experience, added advantage in construction sector
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Analytical, organisational, and communication skills
· Team player, meticulous, details-oriented
· Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
· To achieve/meet cost saving target
· Can adapt to fast-paced environment and work under least minimal supervision
