Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
· Support for all administrative and customer service function in office
· Establish relationship with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations in terms of P/O processing
· Process and follow-up on customers’ Purchase Orders until completion
· Issue Purchase Orders to supplier and follow-up for delivery confirmation
· Arrange for shipment and prepare necessary documents
· Arrange for the courier service pick-up and documents preparations
· Update and maintenance of system database
· Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:-
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
· Relevant customer service working experience will be an added credit
· Positive work attitude and willing to learn
· Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision
· Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
· Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

5-days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30-5.30PM)
