- Reports to Head of IGA Client Success Team
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple delivery teams serving local and overseas customer accounts
- Build and manage strong relationships with Senior (C-level) and working level customer stakeholders
- Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities at existing customer accounts
- Accountable for overall progress, quality, and profitability of all delivery work, leading Project Managers and teams to deliver
- Projects utilising either agile or waterfall (or hybrid) project management methods as required to achieve contractual goals and timelines
- Production Support and Managed Services to contractual SLAs
- Ensure delivered and maintained solutions are stable, secure, and meet performance goals
- Empower and coach delivery teams to take accountability for service delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers
- Plan and manage resources across delivery teams to ensure delivery goals are met, resources are optimally utilised, and delivery is profitable
- Develop team environments that support team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed and partnered team, aligned to DI’s values.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project/Program Management
- Account and Senior Stakeholder management
- Experience leading large, multi-account teams, through full project lifecycles
- Experience leading operational support teams to defined SLAs
- Experience selling new work at existing customer accounts
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex customer projects
- Have the breadth of technology skills to ensure teams work efficiently to meet delivery goals for security, performance, and stability in mission-critical systems
- You will be highly motivated strategic thinker, and must have passion and enthusiasm for delivering technology and business transformation
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Have flexibility, strength in relationship building, have good communication and time management skills.
