Our client is a well-established MNC, one of the leading players in the Machinery Manufacturing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an IT Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for various IT Operations with administrative expertise/knowledge.
- Responsible for the integration of new hardware and software into continuous IT operations.
- Change, incident, request and problem handling according to ITIL standards.
- Manage to handle any change/request/problem as per Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field studies
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Willing to travel overseas when required
