Position: Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement manpower planning strategies, ensuring efficient deployment and adherence to project requirements.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion by overseeing all facets of the project's execution.
- Supervise and coordinate the various components of large-scale projects.
- Prepare comprehensive project-related documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate project analysis.
- Proficiently develop and execute project schedules, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to address and resolve Quality Control (QC) issues, providing detailed reports as needed.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to managing Workplace Safety and Health issues.
Competence:
The ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in General Hardware.
- Ability to interpret and create Engineering Drawings.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
