Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Have some people management experience, and able to collaborate effectively, motivate and lead others with integrity to achieve results.
- Manage both internal and external relationships.
- Provide and demonstrate selling techniques daily.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating teams to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand's standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective retail strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure that every customer interaction reflects the brand values and delivers an exceptional service experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop employees' skills and capabilities.
- Strong command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in Travel Retail is an added advantage.
- Any other duties/works as assigned by the Director
- Able to handle stress, tight deadlines, and multitasking
