JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Solutions Team interfaces with business users/departments for the purpose of IT specific business initiatives.
- Serves as subject matter expert for Financial and Distribution functions.
- Provide operational support to users in query and assist to resolve issues encountered in use of application.
- Works closely with business users in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Responsible to define optimal and scalable solution designs.
- Responsible for the configuration of applications to meet business requirements, and the maintenance and support of applications.
- Documentation of functional requirements, design specifications, system configurations, customizations and interfaces
- Responsible for producing test scripts and coordinate and support testing activities
- Manage and Conduct User Acceptance test for enhancements
- Provide training to users on application usage and Use of new functionalities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related
- At least 8 years of practical functional experience in supporting and implementation
- Good ability to understand business requirements and able to translate into optimal solutions
- Have taken charge of implementation for at least one module
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
