The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team to plan, coordinate and execute marketing and communication strategies to enhance the profile of the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads generation.
- Utilize various online channels, including social media, email, and other digital platforms, to reach the target audience effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with sales and other teams to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Implement leads management processes to nurture and convert leads into customers.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Design and conduct service quality surveys to gather feedback from customers.
- Analyze survey data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Manage communication channels, including WhatsApp, emails, hotline, and social media inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in a Mass Communications or Business discipline
- Strong communication skills including storytelling and writing skills
- Experience with design software e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc is a distinct advantage
- Outgoing personality, able to present and communicate marketing and corporate messages confidently to internal and external stakeholders
- 1 to 2 years experience in digital marketing is a distinct advantage
- Keen understanding of traditional, digital and social media workings and their competitive landscapes
- Ability to keep up with the news and relevant industry trends and developments
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written), strong editing, proofreading, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese, as the ideal candidate will also be required to manage traditional and digital Chinese media channels
