Asia-Pacific MSGC – a standalone and specialized Area cross-service line team that is 100% dedicated to growing our Managed Services business. The MSGC will provide a vehicle through which EY Asia-Pacific can achieve our Managed Services aspirations. Your Key Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Spearhead onboarding and overall delivery governance of multiple complex managed cybersecurity solutions as agreed upon with the client.
- Conduct cyber risk assessment in support of technology initiatives to help identify IT related risk and determine appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
- Work closely with customer stakeholders, Solution Architects and Cybersecurity solutions managers, to manage the onboarding plan to integrate new solutions into the various enterprise platforms and implement all the key components of the service.
- Provide leadership in onboarding and service delivery of new solutions, defining prioritization and setting expectations with regards to delivery timing, resource requirements and project outcomes.
- Deploy security onboarding into the customer’s environments securely
- Collaborate with different technology, delivery, and third-party teams to closely to ensure seamless delivery exprience to the customer
- Participates in customer meetings to update the status of the ongoing data operations and upcoming features. Highlights issues and risks as appropriate.
- Contribute to business cases and works in the early stages of the managed services lifecycle to provide the data operations cost estimates and tailors the solution to the customer needs
- Establish and execute processes towards effective service delivery of cyber managed services
- Driving adherence to security and regulatory standards and promote optimization and consistency in our tools and processes for a scalable future.
- Monitor, track, and manage risk mitigations and exceptions and ensure adequate monitoring capability is incorporated into solutions.
- Design, develop and implement secure system architectures
- Embed security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices
- Design artefacts, spanning design, development and implementation into enterprise systems that describe security principles and how they relate to the overall enterprise system architecture
- Perform routine activities related to the periodic review and audit actitivites of infrastructure security systems and maintains documentation of security standards and procedures
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in onboarding & delivery governance of with key cybersecurity managed solutions services, primarily around Digital Identity & Access Management, Threat Detection and Response, Threat Exposure Management, Security Operations Center, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cyber Analytics and Automation, Security Orchestration, Automation, And Response (SOAR), Vulnerability Management, Third Party Risk Management and Data Protection & Privacy services.
- Desired working experience of security monitoring tools.
- Presales experience, for instance in RFP (Request for Proposal) solutioning.
- Working knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline
- Experience in people management and team leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent certification (CISSP, SSCP, CISA etc.).
- Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline
- Agile, flexible mindset
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent certification (CISSP, SSCP, CISA etc.).
- Desired working experience of security monitoring tools such as Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm, Azure Defender, Sentinel, Fidelis, CarbonBlack, Demisto, Phantom, Symantec end point, ServiceNow SecOps
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
- Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline
