Responsibilities
- Drive the performance of the business better and faster with consistent discipline, insight and financial acumen.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the occupancy, business growth and financial targets.
- Make sure every part of the business has a plan and that it is being reviewed each month.
- Building our network with investment partners, landlords and brokers in shared profit, management agreements and franchise arrangements, that allow for rapid growth with less capital investment.
- Enhance relationships with existing customers and building new ones with customers we should be doing business with.
- Guide, direct and evaluate the work of the leadership team, getting the basics right everywhere, every time. Building a world-class team with multiple potential successors.
- The Country Manager will take accountability for the organisational efficiency of the business towards a better, faster, cheaper structure achieving quality and efficiency in all areas of the business.
- Fully understand the external competitive landscape coming up with strategies for expansion, growth and driving customer acquisition.
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile within both markets.
Experience
- 5 years experience in leading a sales focused organization
- 10 years experience in management of a service based, multi-location, international business within Singapore.
- Must have at least 2 years experience within Franchise development.
- Must have existing relationships with Global / Regional RE heads & portfolio commercial landlords in Singapore
- Is an exceptional leader who can clearly articulate, motivate and develop all people under his or her leadership.
- Must have an existing track record of sustained success within current role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
