INVENTORY COORDINATOR/CONTROLLER

We are 3PL supply chain services provider focusing on F&B Logistics in Singapore.

With rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced inventory control to enhance inventory management in order to minimize inventory variance and maintain an accurate stock record.


Job scope:


1. Maintain and update inventory in WMS.

2. Handle daily replenishment tasks for daily outbound picking.

3. Inbound processing.

4. Daily inventory report.

5. Work closely with the warehouse supervisor for any stock discrepancies and carry out an investigation to minimize the same incident.

6. Support the warehouse supervisor for any stock checking and movement (Via the system check, the warehouse supervisor will support physical check).

7. Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate records for stock movement in WMS.

8. Assist the customer service team with any inventory issues and problems.

9. Assist with customer’s queries for inventory issues.

10. Order processing (Only for certain orders).

11. Ad-hoc duty assigned by the superior.



Requirement:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in 3PL logistics preferred.
  • Inventory control experience adds advantages.
  • Knowledge of WMS and bilingual add advantages.
  • Able to work as a team player as well as independently with little supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, and Excel.
  • Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
