Job Description
- Able to manage client intake meetings & site survey
- Brainstorm and propose creative solutions
- Prepare 3D renders and present winning designs to clients
- Develop design/detailed drawings
- Prepare colour scheme and material board
- Source competitive quote/materials/samples
- Prepare Construction Specification/Design Documentation/Sample Board
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
- Min 1-2 years design experience in high end residential
- Creative conceptual design ability with a flair for winning designs
- Able to work under tight schedule
- Have experience in technical/detailed co-ordination and drawing
- Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing
- proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel, and any other design software
- Good team player and proactive
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Takes pride in seeing a project to completion.
