Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the warehouse team for day-to-day operations.

• Lead and manage warehouse operations team for inbound and outbound processes, picking and packing, etc.;
• Oversee inbound and outbound movement of items;
• Interface with clients, providing administrative support;
• Monitor and maintain activity levels and KPIs;
• Provide sticky follow up with clients on discrepancies and damage issues;
• Ensure that inventory processes and best practices are followed;
• Lead export shipment processes, ensuring that documentation is prepared and timelines are met;
• Track productivity and cost reduction initiatives;
• Lead routine inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field;
• · At least 2 years of hands-on experience within warehousing and logistics;
• · Experience in a supervisory role;
• · Experience coordinating and drafting work instructions and other logistics procedures;
• · Experience working with SAP;
• · Forklift Licence with experience operating a forklift would be an advantage.
