- Ensure policies are appropriate for regional markets;
- Research and provide input to Northeast Asia advertising policies as well as help identify gaps in policies;
- Draft/revise policies for emerging and existing monetized products for cross-functional partners and advertisers;
- Review RCAs on problematic trends, document and report findings, and make suggestions for policy iterations;
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Service, QA, Training and Ad Review teams to ensure accurate and effective policy enforcement;
- Ownership of operational labeling protocols and online policy maintenance and publishing tasks;
- Handle incoming queries and escalations about advertising policy areas by collaborating and incorporating input from a diversity of stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
- Korean native speaker with advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking); to handle Korea Markets
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and users;
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passionate about the product;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rapid growth environment;
- Familiarity with Northeast Asia region and its internet advertising laws and regulations;
- Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
