JOB TYPE:
1 year Contract (Avensys Payroll)
Job Overview:
· To perform managed services support on on-premise IT infrastructure systems.
· Act as a focal point for assigned systems related queries and issues
· Attend to system faults promptly and rectify them within defined SLAs & KPIs
· Work with the team on monthly report statistics
· Work on SRs & CRs
· Support other tasks assigned by the lead
Preferred Skills:
Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Active Directory, Window Powershell ( scripting), Tenable Nessus, Microsoft SCOM, VMware vCentre, Veritas - Netbackup, Network - Routing and Switching
