As an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant for HR/Payroll Module Configuration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective use of SAP solutions to enhance and streamline our HR and Payroll processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide functional and technical applications support, detailed system analysis, and configuration of the nominated modules of the global SAP system and/or regional/local applications software tools.
In addition to that you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP HR/Payroll modules to support various business processes and compliance requirements.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot SAP HR/Payroll configurations and ensure data integrity.
- Provide support and training to end-users, assisting them in utilizing SAP systems effectively.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements, incorporating best practices within the SAP system.
- Engage in IT projects and report appropriate status as designated by the functional manager, including both packaged solutions and custom system development.
What you’ll need to bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or SAP certification.
- Solid experience in IT & more than 3 years SAP configuration/development experience in the nominated tools, with complementary experience managing/completing major development projects, implementations, or upgrades as well as operational support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll modules and their integration with other SAP/ SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time, autonomously and in a team environment.
