Warehouse Admin Assistant
About this role:
The Warehouse Admin Assistant is responsible for performing general warehouse administration, filing, and assisting the warehouse logistic executive in processing shipment orders.
Responsibilities:
Perform general admin duties.
Coordination with various divisions to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
Responsible of procurement of non-trade items
Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders.
Ensure all orders and documents are efficiently filed.
Requirements:
At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
Experience in Logistics and/or purchasing and/or with ERP system is a must.
Good Communication Skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft office software such as MS Excel and MS word
