Job Description
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in luxury fashion who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication PR skills.
Jobscope :
- Scheduling in-store appointments and visiting various boutiques to take pictures of their new collections or available items.
- Being available and reachable during working hours both on site and remotely.
- Obtaining relevant in-store managers contact details and working closely with them to obtain items requested by company.
- Purchasing desired items from boutiques, obtaining accurate invoices.
- Conducting meticulous checks to ensure all items are in good condition prior to purchase.
- Taking clear, quality videos or images of items, including unboxing videos and proof of delivery and purchases.
- Attending launches and fashion events to remain up-to-date with new products and trends.
- Consolidating and preparing shipments with accurate records of invoices and labels.
Requirements :
- Ability to speak french is a plus point.
- Minimum diploma graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in presenting themselves professionally.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Exceptional public relations skills and the capacity to build positive rapport with store assistants.
