Job Description

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in luxury fashion who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication PR skills.

Jobscope :

1. Scheduling in-store appointments and visiting various boutiques to take pictures of their new collections or available items.
2. Being available and reachable during working hours both on site and remotely.
3. Obtaining relevant in-store managers contact details and working closely with them to obtain items requested by company.
4. Purchasing desired items from boutiques, obtaining accurate invoices.
5. Conducting meticulous checks to ensure all items are in good condition prior to purchase.
6. Taking clear, quality videos or images of items, including unboxing videos and proof of delivery and purchases.
7. Attending launches and fashion events to remain up-to-date with new products and trends.
8. Consolidating and preparing shipments with accurate records of invoices and labels.

Requirements :

1. Ability to speak french is a plus point.
2. Minimum diploma graduate.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in presenting themselves professionally.
7. Punctuality and reliability.
8. Exceptional public relations skills and the capacity to build positive rapport with store assistants.
9. Trustworthiness and reliability.
10. Proactive and capable of taking initiative.
