SAFETY COORDINATOR (MRT/LTA project experience is a MUST)

Our client is one of the leading civil contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large scale infrastructure projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore’s most prestigious upcoming projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to categorize and recommend safe and best practices in the company and with constant work improvement to reduce process risk, raise awareness
- Manage In-House Training Program, seminars and other safety related activities for the employees and EPC contractors
- Conduct safety inspections and reviews in the worksite to recognize and check possible hazards and ensure safety regulation compliance
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Engineering or any other field
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience in Civil Infrastructure
- With experience in MRT/LTA projects is a MUST
- Good technical background exposed to Civil works
- Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Organized, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline
