Job Description
- Attend to customers’ enquiries via the phone.
- Booking of appointments on behalf of customers via the phone
- Up to date for all sales & promotion activities
- Billings of walk-in and fleet customers
- Collection of payments via the various available payment methods
- Ensure cleanliness of the front counter and customer waiting areas with well stocked-up drinks and biscuits1. Administer all documentation including generation of invoices for walk-in and fleet customers
- Perform administrative duties including payments via the various payment methods
- Prepare daily sales and order closing reports.
- Assist in compiling of reports for fleet customers
- When needed, assist in service recovery in the event of customer complaints
- Uphold company customer service standards always including personal upkeep
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor/manager from time-to-time
Job Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’level
- Technical certification in Automotive technology would be a plus
- 1-2 years experience in customer facing service line or call center and/or administrative roles
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license would be a plus
- Able to handle customers and preferably with the service & hospitality industry
- Good communication skills and have the ability to relate to customers effectively
- PC literacy skills - Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP to handle administrative work on Computer
