Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $2200 - $2500 + Transport Allowance $200 + OT + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday); Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30am; Saturday - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Location: Tuas (Company transport pick up at designated point)
Job Scope:
- Managing and maintaining shipment records in the warehouse management system
- Handling inbound and outbound orders at the shipment location, overseeing deliveries, and addressing any delivery issues
- Collaborating with subcontractors and partners to fulfill customer expectations and regulatory reporting requirements, if necessary
- Processing various documents, including CIPL, OS&D reports, On Hand reports, picklists, warehouse transaction records, billable warehouse activities, and monthly billing
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers within agreed-upon timelines
- Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions
- Taking proactive measures to resolve customer problems and address complaints professionally and amiably
- Ensuring the satisfaction and adherence to quality standards of all customers
- Coordinating with transporters for local pickups and deliveries
- Managing communication and coordination with both internal and external customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments and warehouse activities
- Assisting the Manager with any additional tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
