Responsibilites
- To assist in supervising, coaching and guiding the junior team members in their
- daily work
- To regularly check for consistency in quality and standard of food
- 3. To be involved in the preparation of mise-en-place and food production
- 4. To be involved in daily recording of food wastage, ordering and receiving of stock,
- etc
- 5. To conduct the month-end inventory stocks check
- 6. To suggest and discuss with the Senior Outlet Chef / Outlet Chef on the
- ergonomic aspect of the kitchen operations to ensure a smoother and more
- efficient operational work flow
- 7. To assist in maintaining of the personal grooming and hygiene standard of the
- team
- 8. To assist in maintaining of the overall hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and
- equipment
- 9. Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management
Requirements
- Minimally 2-5 years experience managing kitchen operations
- Computer savvy to manage all related paperwork
- Experience in managing food costs and wastages
- Candidate must have had prior experience managing outlets' kitchen operations
