Basic Salary SGD 2,500 - 5,000 + variable bonus (depends on experiences)
Job Description
- Answer customers’ queries and prepare quotations
- Handle and arrange import and export shipments
- Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping documents, rules and regulations for the respective countries
- Issue custom permit
- Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas agents
- Perform data entry for freight services
- Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year freight forwarding / shipping experiences
