Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test programs of Micron Managed NAND products to meet and fulfil product specification, device performance characterization, customer’s requirement and analysis of customer return.
- Design new test programs for new product/technology start-up which provides very important feedback for the appropriate groups responsible in refining the devices' quality and performance.
- Optimize test programs by applying more efficient and innovative way of testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost.
- Develop and release test programs to production in a timely manner.
- Enhance test coverage to ensure excellent outgoing quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Product/Equipment/Site/IE engineering departments to improve overall product yield, test time and cycle time in maximizing production throughput.
- Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.
- Assist process and production teams by providing necessary engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering
- Good programming, analytic and communication skills
- Knowledge of Unix, Perl, Python, C/Tester language
- Inclined in writing and debugging test programs
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Prior experience with NAND/MNAND testing will be an added advantage
