Objective:
- To create high-quality documentation and easy to use guides for digital service including software development, computer science & engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Delivery managers, designers, and developers, to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation
- Write easy-to-understand technical specifications
- Work with the development team to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
- Develop content for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Other Requirement
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details.
