Job Summary:
A receptionist is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers to an organization. They play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception area. This role also entails the support of after school engagement programme.
Job Responsibilities:
Reception and Administration Services
- General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, issance of items and printing.
- Attend to all general enquiries.
- Assisting in events such as logistics matters.
- Other adhoc administrative related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimally 2 years of direct relevant working experience handling Reception and Administration services
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Specifications:
- Location: Tanglin Road
- Working Hours: Weekdays, 7am - 4pm / 8am - 5pm.
- Contract period: Jan'24 - Dec'24
