Responsibilities
- Support in the drive and execution of harmonised learning and development processes for Corporate Office
- Partner departments to address their training needs, co-develop training plans and budget requirements and report on training dashboard
- Ensure learning effectiveness of training programmes and propose recommendations for any improvement
- Partner with internal business departments on scholarships and sponsorship matters
- Organise review sessions on scholarship and sponsorship nominees
- Prepare, consolidate and generate cluster’s quarterly training outcome reports
- Be part of the secretariat to support L&D taskforce and new initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant L&D experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Willing to commit to 6 months contract
