Job description:
- Responsible to take, edit and upload photos and videos to our official social medial platforms and promotional materials
- Responsible for writing up contents for public release and our official social media platforms
- Handle online marketplaces: upload products, reply to enquiries and process the order accordingly
- Issue sales transaction invoices in excel format
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Manage website by using wordpress and elementor pro
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts, unpack goods
- Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out more new potential customers
- Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Preferred fresh design knowledge and strong understanding of social media platforms
- Good communication and written skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking clients
- Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
- Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe Creative applications
- Preferred to have basic knowledge of programming – HTML / WordPress etc
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays (when requested)
- Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
