- develop project objectives and mastermind project plan
- Manage and communicate with customers concerns to the team
- Govern the successful delivery of a project on time, within budget, and scope
- Coordinate with various departments on project plans (updates or changes) to ensure objectives are met
- Manage internal resources and vendors for project execution
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk
- Constant update to customers on project development and progress
Communicate effectively to the team on progress or issues (if any) of the project regularly - Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support sales activities in winning new customers
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Good background in program and project management and budgeting methods - Strong organization techniques including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong experience in product development and at least basic knowledge in injection mold making and manufacturing
- Good understanding of procurement process including negotiation with third parties
