Business Development Manager (Web3 / DeFi / Crypto)
My client is a sophisticated Decentralized Perpetual Contract Exchange that aims to provide users with low-cost, efficient and secure trading experience, which enables them to deploy various trading strategies and take control of their assets on their own. They are currently going through an expansion and this role would be the key to their success in their growth and GTM strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers, communities, projects and other potential partners to promote company in English market in order to achieve user growth.
- As a representative of company, to maintain good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation.
- Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyse channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Keep abreast of global industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions.
Job Requirements
- Degree and above in Business, Management, Marketing or any relevant field of studies
- 2 year and above of experience in business development or sales in Cryptocurrency industries are preferred.
- Understanding of relevant business knowledge such as stocks, futures, and digital asset trading is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good patience and sense of responsibility.
- Work well under pressure, strong in execution.
- Willing to learn.
- Passion in cryptocurrency industry.
