1. Tender Surveying, Checking of documents and understanding of specifications;
2. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, Liaise with the client/consultants
3. Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
4. Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning.
5. Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
6. Engaging in project engineering of ACMV Systems
7. Managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
8. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards
9. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
10. Maintaining accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications, and project reports
11. Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project
12. Assist in site administration
13. Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders
