PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the maintenance and support of facilities equipment.
POSITION GOALS
To maintain all facilities equipment in peak operating conditions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for site facilities operation.
- Repair of equipment and do daily inspection
- Follow up on the PPM plan
- Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client’s Management SLA
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
- Provide solutions for technical issue
- Participate in warehouse spare parts management per Brose’s requirement
- Fill in daily inspection sheet and mark sure smooth handover with other colleagues
- Work as a team, support other technician if needed
- Inspect systems per daily work order and work schedule

- Meet KPI in PPM and breakdown
- Ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment fault
- Client satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- A technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical
- Over 1-3 year’s practical experience in facilities maintenance.
