Responsibilities
- Work with various group departments, doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics’ daily operations
- Cover clinic duties, as and when required
- Support Quality Management team to ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards
- Assist facilities and support operational matters including the set-up of new clinics and refurbishment or maintenance of some existing clinics and initiatives to enhance the operating efficiency of the clinics
- Ensure prompt and effective communication between clinics and HQ, pertaining to release of information, instructions, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organisations to bring about optimal service processes for the benefit of patients
- Monitor patient feedback & implement interventions to enhance patient service delivery
- Assist project leader in business improvement or new projects as assigned
- Ad-hoc duties given by Operations Managers and the Management

- Experience in healthcare setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer-service mindset.
