Executive, IT Support
Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations & Technical Service Manager, you will represent the company to support IT needs. You will be the first point of contact for employees who experience technical issues with computer hardware, software, networking or other devices. You may be required to travel overseas for training and to take part in trade exhibitions.
Specifically, you will
· provide technical support & advice to employees and customers
· install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and systems
· troubleshoot and solve technical issues relating to computers/phones/tablets
· maintain software licenses and the in-house server
· manage email accounts – including set up for new users
· manage purchase of new assets, the return of assets and the inventory for each repair
· manage and maintain network security & equipment safety
· assist IT projects and deployments
· train and guide employees on the use of technology
· evaluate, configure & implement new technology for company
· keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments
You should possess at least a Diploma preferably IT-related and/or have 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the competency for efficient & quality to ensure IT team’s contribution is valuable. As you will be required to work with various divisions, you must possess strong collaboration skills.
