Main Responsibilities : Reporting to General Manager, Director
- Planning HR and administration activities
- Overseeing recruitment
- Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
- Running employee relations programs
- Handle day to day HR duties
- Overseeing the payroll function
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations
- Running the office and facilities management functions
- Leading the HR and administration team
Requirements : Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years in supervisory role preferably in a
- manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and
- Statutory rules & regulations
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese
- clients who can converse in Mandarin only
