HR & ADMIN MANAGER

Main Responsibilities : Reporting to General Manager, Director

  1. Planning HR and administration activities
  2. Overseeing recruitment
  3. Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
  4. Running employee relations programs
  5. Handle day to day HR duties
  6. Overseeing the payroll function
  7. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
  8. Managing employee relations
  9. Running the office and facilities management functions
  10. Leading the HR and administration team

Requirements : Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent

  1. At least 3 years in supervisory role preferably in a
  2. manufacturing industry
  3. Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and
  4. Statutory rules & regulations
  5. Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese
  6. clients who can converse in Mandarin only
