Job Description:
- Collaborate with the MD and Leadership Team to craft and implement an inclusive cross-channel marketing strategy and annual plan for brand and product promotion.
- Formulate sector-specific marketing strategies for Photo, Sports Optics, Home Cinema, and Timepieces, aligning closely with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead marketing campaigns and brand partnerships, including collaborations with the Leica Akademie and Gallery, to foster brand enthusiasm.
- Develop and execute a communication strategy with the PR agency to optimize audience engagement and maintain a consistent brand image.
- Strategize and execute 360-degree Go-to-Market launches, involving key stakeholders, to ensure brand uniformity across all channels.
- Establish and oversee brand partnerships for customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and achieve CRM KPIs through campaigns across all channels.
- Manage Marketing, Gallery, and Akademie teams with a coaching approach, working with HR to ensure current and effective personal development plans.
- Take charge of planning, updating, and reforecasting the Marketing budget, analyzing risks and opportunities in P&Ls.
- Analyze market trends and target audiences, identifying opportunities and pain points to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor competitor activities in the photographic, optics, home cinema, and timepieces industries to stay ahead.
- Actively participate in Sales & Operations meetings, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective stock management.
- Champion media relationships, both traditional and digital, while identifying new opportunities for brand exposure.
Job Description:
- More than 8 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in retail and/or FMCG industry
- Experience in consumer brand will be advantageous
- Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen
- Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong understanding of the P&L of the business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track sales record in a target driven environment
- Strong people management experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, coach, and develop people.
- Meticulous with a strong analytical mind
- Creatively driven to think out of the box
