Astek is offering a role of IT PMO to be part of the IT team.
Responsibilities:
• Organize meetings, preparation of meeting materials, minute taking and follow-ups.
• Organize travel and regional events, preparation of materials and overall communication.
• Engage with stakeholders from different teams to gather the necessary information required for our projects.
• Manage and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project risks, issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Responsible in establishing performance metrics to measure project success.
• Responsible in providing regular status reports to senior management.
• Monitor budgets
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of IT is mandatory
• Experienced in project management - managing large-scale programs/projects from initiation through implementation.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including senior executives (C-Level).
• Good leadership skills
