What will you be doing?
As a Product Manager, your job is to drive the product requirements that define the roadmap, coming up with well-defined specifications and solution that can be used by the team to build a world class user experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Own and manage the development of features to expand the AvePoint software solution
- Define and standardize features for Software common functions like single sign-on, software installation, and notifications to create a cohesive user experience across our software products.
- Work closely with business, marketing, and design teams to create innovative feature advancements to drive to business goals
- Lead global cross-functional teams in execution of product requirements
- Outlining the expected user experience for each software product for use as a guideline for the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) team
- Evaluate the enterprise software landscape and the software technology market to create software roadmaps and competitive analysis
- Work closely with various product groups (Software/Systems) to create software synergy between all AvePoint products

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
- 5-8 years of product management or production experience on software development projects or equivalent role
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- Strong background and hands on experience in Single Sign On, Federated SSO, Identity & Access Management, and cloud access solutions
- Background in production or product management with direct relevant experience working on software
- Experience using data analytics and customer/community feedback to make actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Technically creative and innovative
- Able to work well in a global team environment
- Outstanding ability to research and analyze technical topics
