Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the team. The successful candidate will bring strong project management and interpersonal skills to the table, coupled with expertise in security solutions, including CCTV and access control. The role demands the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership:
a. Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
b. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all milestones are achieved within scope, time and budget.
2. Project Planning and Execution
a. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
b. Execute and monitor project plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
3. Project Management Skills:
a. Apply strong project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute and close projects.
b. Monitor and control project variables, including scope, schedule and budget.
4. Security Solution Expertise:
a. Demonstrate a strong understanding of security solutions, particularly security platforms, CCTV and access control systems.
b. Provide guidance on the selection and implementation of security solutions based on project requirements.
5. Team Collaboration:
a. Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communications and effective teamwork.
b. Work closely with team members, clients and stakeholders to build positive relationships and ensure project success.
c. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to navigate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
d. Communicate project updates, risks and technical information clearly and effectively.
6. Independence and Decision Making
a. Work independently to make informed decisions that align with project objectives.
b. Exercise sound judgement in resolving issues and mitigating risks.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
· Previous experience in a project management, with a focus on security solutions, is preferred.
· Willing for 1 to 2 years overseas posting to Malaysia
