Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production planning and scheduling, along with materials planning, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders and achievement of sales targets.
- Address and resolve any irregularities that may impact customer delivery schedules, actively managing and maintaining control over daily operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments, packing processes, documentation, and delivery procedures.
- Establish effective communication and collaboration with relevant personnel, focusing on 4M elements (machinery, materials, manpower, method), customer demands, logistics, warehousing, shipment, and quality considerations.
- Monitor the progress of work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure that orders are on track, and the production team adheres to committed schedules.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet divisional goals related to sales, order fulfillment, safety, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels, Diploma or above.
- Experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics.
- Preferably experience with ISO, Environmental Policy, EMS, J-SOX, WEMS, OH&S & SEPG Compliance policies, etc.
- Preferably experience with ISO9001, IATF and Risk Assessments.
- Possess initiative, sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, active team player, meticulous.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness.
