Facility Engineer
What does the role looks like?
- Assist with the operational reviews of facilities mechanical, electrical, or other building systems; may include field work and travel to various sites
- Apply standard practices and techniques in solving problems related to facilities operation and maintenance
- Contribute to investigations and development of new concepts to solve unique problems in various facilities
- Contribute data/findings for use in technical reports, documents, or oral/written presentations
- Interact in a collaborative manner with other team members, engineers, and clients to accomplish organisational goals; may provide ideas to improve efficiency at group level; network primarily with own technical peer group
- Interact with external customers, companies and/or regulatory authorities
- Assist in site and system inspections
- Daily inspection for meeting rooms and boardroom including troubleshooting of AV systems will be an advantage
- Ability to support office moves and workstation shifts will be an advantage
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in M&E systems preferred
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Past experience in facility management for TER/Server rooms including water detection systems
- Experience in MICE management and assisting users on meeting room issues
