ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Update of Project /Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave , in order to minimize downtime
- Develop project QC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures and follow up actions through programmed surveillance visits to the suppliers and sites.
- Develop and Implementation of project QC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures.
- Interpret Construction and Technical Drawings from the Clients.
- Communicate technical/quality requirement to team individual.
- Co-ordinate with the client and site construction team for Installation, Testing and commissioning works.
- Prepare Inspection Test plant for the project according to the Client’s Requirements.
- Assist to prepare QC procedure for the project according to the client requirements.
- Material inspection at source and prepare punch list and clearance.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test
- Field Inspection of mechnical equipment Installation.
- Conduct regular inspection & audit of site documentation system.
- Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings.
- To monitor the progress of projects.
- Effective implementation and coordination of receiving inspection and disposition of non-conforming materials and equipment.
- Target to achieve zero NCR for mechanical equipment Installation.
- Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
- Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings
- Ensure implementation and following the guideline of the company quality management system as laid out in the company ISO 9000 quality manual
