The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:
- Assist guests with their luggage’s during their departure.
- Provide a detailed room orientation for arriving guests.
- Give updated information about the hotel facilities and F&B outlets.
- Provide a lasting departure experience and assist guests with transportation to the airport.
- To assist Doorman at front driveway when it’s busy.
- To provide guests with luggage assistance whenever necessary.
- To keep a look out in the lobby for guests who may require any assistance.
- Ensure the lobby area is always clean.
- Assist guests with any transportation requirements.
- Ensure luggage trolleys are well maintained and accounted for.
- Make sure airline luggage tags are removed and disposed of before sending luggage’s to guest rooms.
- Ensure proper recording of all departure luggage that is stored in the baggage room.
- Always keep the baggage room clean and tidy.
- Give accurate directions to guests who need to go to the MRT station and nearby malls.
- To attend daily briefing session before the start of every shift.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
