Service Consultant
- Basic Up to $2800 + Incentives
- 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri) 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)
- Working Location: Queenstown
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on appropriate aftersales servicing and maintenance requirements to meet customers’ needs
- Act as a key communication link between customers, workshop and parts department
- Coordinate service appointments and scheduling of recalls, warranties, repairs and maintenance
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely delivery and update customers on the repair status
- Manage service documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology with 2 years of relevant experience in motorcycle servicing
- Possess valid Class 2 license
