- Provide IT hardware service and support on printers for end users and corporate customers.
- Hardware troubleshooting and break-fix, installation, deployment setup, relocation and ad-hoc projects.
- Deployment scope - unboxing and carry printer for product installation services.
- Conduct basic product training and briefing to customer for the features and usage on the printers.
- Provide timely update to customers on service appointment, service status till closure
- Work closely with job dispatchers, team leads and supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed and timely.
- Timely escalation to supervisor on customers’ satisfaction issues and technical challenges.
- Gather customer sign off and submit forms for job completion.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Nitec holder
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- Willing to travel Islandwide - based on customer locations
- Travel expenses will be reimburse or use of Company's grab card
- 5 days work (8.30am to 6pm)
- Salary range ($2400 - $3000)
