I am representing a leading global service provider known for offering a wide range of travel-related services to individuals and businesses. Its core service revolves around providing access to an extensive network of airport lounges at major international airports.
As part of its APAC expansion, they are looking for a Regional Director who would play an integral part of our expansion strategy, focusing on driving business growth, strengthening their brand presence in the APAC market.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for
- Lead and drive all aspects of regional sales, partnerships, and product initiatives with a clear goal of not just meeting but surpassing revenue targets in the APAC region.
- Proactively identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and developing strategic partnerships.
- Take full ownership of the regional Profit and Loss statement, ensuring the realization of profitability targets across sales, partnerships, and regional products.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the APAC region.
- Provide oversight for the implementation of regional initiatives, ensuring they remain closely aligned with global strategies.
- Place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction by addressing specific market needs within the region and consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders, including clients, partners, and local authorities, to establish and strengthen valuable connections and partnerships.
- Represent the company as the face of the APAC region, actively participating in regional forums, events, and media interactions.
- Maintain a strict commitment to compliance with local regulations and our company's policies.
Skills and experience required
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, showcasing a proven track record in sales and P&L management.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the APAC market, ideally with established networks and connections.
- Display strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Show proficiency in strategic planning and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
