Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership in the maintenance of data and develop analytics for performance database/systems to support the Performance Department operations
- Conduct detailed impact analysis arising from changes in the data ecosystem
- Liaise with stakeholders on data enhancements arising from business needs and coordinate/participate in User Acceptance Test
- Maintain and enhance systems and software infrastructure to support the data management, performance measurement and attribution operations
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / business or equivalent.
- Proficient in VBScript, Excel VBA and SQL programming
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle implementation methodology
- Experience with FactSet performance measurement system and/or Bloomberg AIM is a big advantage
- Strong attention to details, quantitative analysis and project management skills
