- Oversee day-to-day operations of specialist clinic, general clinic administrative duties.
- Housekeeping including stock taking / inventory keeping, device maintenance.
- Front desk – phone calls, appointment booking, walk-in, billing, claims etc.
- Support doctor in daily operations and assist in procedures
- Know how to be sterile. Able to do some simple derm procedures, dressings and removal of sutures
- Register and handle patients
- Dispense medicines
- Other ad-hoc administrative or clinic duties.
Requirements
- Nitec
- Experienced as a clinic assistant with experience in insurance claims and Plato.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Team player, responsible, attention to details.
- Service-oriented, friendly to patients.
- Location Novena, 5.5 days' work week.
